Bridgeway Academy has an opening for a Instructional Programming Associate I.
This is a fully remote position.

The Instructional Programming Assistant I is responsible for conducting quality control of curriculum products and resolving incoming tickets.
Quality control ensures that supporting content aligns correctly with the course text in all digital and print products.
This full-time position works closely with the Director of Instructional Programming and Curriculum Specialists to maintain a comprehensive library of digital curriculum.

Responsibilities:
Planning:
Conduct quality control of products associated with curriculum and instruction to identify necessary refinement/revisions necessary Review and revise tests/quizzes in Moodle and Edovate Rectify quiz errors (incorrect answers programmed, spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors, missing or unclear images) Update quiz and completion settings in Moodle Replace or remove incorrect content within BLC (Bridgeway Learning Center) or Instructor Guide Update broken links report weekly Update videos that are no longer working Conduct necessary research related to curriculum and instruction projects Execution:
Attend to the administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the curriculum department Enter and update course information in all systems to maintain and develop course information and delivery Add or delete Instructor Resources in the course resources for new courses; create downloadable links when necessary Update courses within the course module and Moodle Create tests in Moodle or in the LMS (Learning Management System) for newly adopted courses Respond to and resolve support tickets daily Correspond with curriculum and application team members to resolve tickets as needed Identify and address any related issues uncovered by support ticket submissions Complete all projects by the designated deadlines Professional Development:
Maintain process pages and updates Knowledge Base pages Provides training and support for digital catalog Seek out and complete at least three professional development opportunities to increase skills and/or deepen understanding of the industry and role Collaboration:
Collaborate with Curriculum Associate I and III in learning processes and support these relationships Provide consultation to Edovate team members in the design and structure of Instructional Programming Solutions Collaborate with team members to scope out new projects or revisions/scaling to existing projects Utilize project management tool consistently for department visibility to project progress Perform other duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in education or an equivalent combination of education and experience equivalent; Instructional Design, Instructional Technology preferred Minimum of 1 year direct experience in instructional/learning experience preferred Advanced knowledge of learning management systems, product development strategies, editorial, and writing skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify actions/solutions in complex situations Exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills Proficiency with e-Learning Authoring Tools and Microsoft Suite Experience and/or knowledge of homeschool education market is a plus Edovate Learning Corp, the parent company of Curriculum Express, Elephango and Bridgeway Academy, is an educational support company that provides curriculum, companion lessons, instructor-led and live online learning and much more! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
